Animal Ambassadors with Mass Audubon (O'Connell)
Celebrate Jasmine Warga's new book, The Unlikely Tale of Chase and Finnegan, about an unlikely friendship between a cheetah and a rescue dog who are paired as an animal ambassador team at a zoo — at this special event with Mass Audubon! Meet local wildlife ambassadors and discover the amazing adaptations that help them survive in the wild. Ask questions and learn what you can do to protect the wildlife of Cambridge. CPL Presents: Stephanie Foo, author of WHAT MY BONES KNOW (Main/Virtual)
Please join the Cambridge Public Library in welcoming Stephanie Foo, the author of the bestselling memoir What My Bones Know: A Memoir of Healing from Complex Trauma, for a reading and discussion of her book. Called "a work of immense beauty" by Publisher's Weekly in a starred review, Foo's memoir about enduring C-PTSD has become an essential document for so many survivors and those that know them.

[Make-up Date] Wellness for Older Adults: Chair Yoga (Central)
Join us each Monday at the Central Square Branch for Chair Yoga, led by experienced instructor Louise Parker.
This is an in-person program taking place in the Lewis Room at Central Square. Registration is required for each session.
Louise Parker has been practicing yoga for close to 20 years. She is trained in the Yoga Shanti method of practice, which is rooted in the Iyengar and Ashtanga yoga traditions.
