Urban Cycling Basics
Our bicycle commuter workshops are great for businesses, communities, universities, or bike groups looking to promote healthy transportation options. The workshop is designed for people who know how to ride a bike, but would like to start using their bikes to ride to work, school, or clubs. In Person Early Voting August 27th - September 2nd
Early voting is an opportunity to vote before Election Day. Any registered voter in Cambridge can vote during the early voting period, from Saturday, August 27th through Friday, September 2nd. Unlike Election Day, you are not assigned to a polling location. You can go to any of the Cambridge Early Voting Locations.

The City of Cambridge is notifying residents, businesses, and visitors of street closures and traffic impacts Saturday, April 18 due to the Thai Market Songkran Festival in Harvard Square.
Two Important Updates Announced for Cambridge Recycling and Compost Program
Once your recycling is collected curbside in Cambridge, the City’s collection contractor drives the recycling to their recycling processor, Casella, located in Charlestown. In June 2023, Casella upgraded their processing facility with completely new equipment. The upgrades will accommodate trends in the recycling industry, and increase efficiency through the use of robotics, artificial intelligence. The Charlestown facility is among the largest in the US, processing up to 240,000 tons of recycling per year.
