Cambridge Affordable Housing Trust & Community Preservation Committee Joint Meeting
The Affordable Housing Trust will hold its monthly meeting in-person and via Zoom webinar. July's meeting will be held on July 23, 2026 at 4 p.m. at City Hall, 795 Massachusetts Ave, in the Ackermann Room. Register to join the July 2026 Affordable Housing Trust meeting.

71 Cherry Street
The Cambridge Redevelopment Authority (CRA), in partnership with the Margaret Fuller Neighborhood House (MFNH), plans to develop a portion of the MFNH lot, located at 71 Cherry Street, into new affordable homeownership units. This development will happen in conjunction with the revitalization of the MFNH. The CRA plans on creating these new housing units under the provisions of the Affordable Housing Overlay (AHO).
Cambridge Police Department Members Recognized by US Attorney’s Office for Outstanding Collaboration
Cambridge Police Detective Lester Sullivan, Detective Matthew Grassi, Lieutenant Thomas Ahern (Ret.), and Forensic Identification Specialist Brooke Miller received the Outstanding Collaboration Award at the 2024 Law Enforcement Award Ceremony in Boston. Each year, the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Massachusetts hosts a ceremony to recognize outstanding public service by the agents, officers, and community leaders with whom they work alongside.
