The Department of Human Service Programs (DHSP) offers summer camps and programs to Cambridge children and youth in Kindergarten through 8th grade. There have been several recent instances where individuals or businesses conducting a transaction with the City, such as applying for a permit from the Zoning Board of Appeals, have received fake invoices by e-mail.

Cambridge Arts and the city's Community Development Department are offering free workshops to help emerging artists with financial literacy, artistic identity, grant writing, marketing, advocacy, and wellness.
