Cool Off! Cambridge Waterplay Features Are Now Open!
With temperatures expected to rise into the 90s this week, the City of Cambridge is excited to welcome the return of waterplay season! Waterplay features at many neighborhood parks and playgrounds are now open for the summer and offer a fun, free way for kids to cool off and stay active.
Children of all ages can splash, spray, and play in a variety of water features—like splash pads, sprinklers, and spouts—available seven days a week at select locations.
Note: Waterplay features at school playgrounds will be turned on after the school year ends, beginning June 26.
Safer Streets Around Parks and Schools
Improve road safety near parks and schools by installing 3 raised crosswalks to promote safe and respectful use of the streets by drivers, bicyclists, and pedestrians.
Dispute a Parking Ticket
A Cambridge parking ticket must be paid or disputed within 21 days to avoid late penalties. If you feel that a ticket was issued in error, you may file a dispute.
Advisory Committees
Advisory Committees are appointed by the City Manager to assist with the review of development proposals.
