Just A Start is proud to announce an affordable housing lottery for 14 new one and two-bedroom apartments in Cambridge at the Rindge Commons North project. An additional 8 units will be leased by the Cambridge Housing Authority waitlist, and 2 Community Based Housing (CBH) units will be leased by the Massachusetts Rehab Commission waitlist.

This report examines the feasibility of the City of Cambridge implementing a municipal fiber-to-the-premises (FTTP) service and finds that for the City to construct an FTTP network and establish a financially sustainable business—meaning one that covers its costs and generates a reasonable rate of return over a long period—a significant public contribution would be required. In a base-case scenario that applies conservative construction cost assumptions and reasonable revenue projections, the network could require an upfront public capital contribution of $150 million.

Trolley Square Park is approximately 3,600 square feet in size and located at the corner of Massachusetts Avenue and Cameron Avenue. The site is adjacent to the existing Linear Park, as well as housing, retail and community space.

Authors read in the past five years include Dickens, Keats and Yeats, O'Connor and Munro, Ecclesiastes, Sophocles and August Wilson, Darwin, Austen, Duras, The Federalist Papers, and Arendt. The Cambridge Sexual Assault Response Team (SART), composed of Boston Area Rape Crisis Center (BARCC), the Cambridge Police Department (CPD), and other community partners come together to improve communal response and multidisciplinary services for sexual violence survivors since 2017.
