Older Adult Yoga at Russell Youth and Community Center
Looking for an hour of self-renewal? Mat Yoga includes 30 minutes of floor postures which allow the spine to be relaxed and non-weight bearing.
The class is offered as part of the pilot program at Russell Youth and Community Center.

Benches for a Walkable City
There is strong evidence that benches are needed, especially along Mass. Ave. in North Cambridge. While there are some bus shelters along the way, the seating in these shelters is minimal, allowing two people at most to sit or one person with their bundles.
