The City of Cambridge is committed to using technology to increase accessibility to and transparency of information owned by the City. Providing access to information is one means through which the City can foster engagement and collaboration with its citizenry. Making government data available in easy to find and usable formats can create meaningful opportunities for the public to help solve complex challenges. New datasets and visualizations will be added on a regular basis and existing datasets will be updated on a periodic basis.   

Learn to use the Gif-O-Graf machines with some horror themed stop motion. This class will show you how to use the Gif-O-Graf machines from the Hive and give you a chance to do something yourself. You can even save your story to watch later! Space is limited. Special event tickets will be available at the third floor Children's desk prior to program start time. The $1,125,000 in FY21 capital funds for the eight winning projects from the sixth PB cycle became available on July 1, 2020. The graphic below displays the status of each project. The budget Office will continue to update this information as more work is completed.

Turn the Clocks Back and Check your Smoke and CO Alarms

Join us for a fun afternoon of painting, led by local artist Lynn Vandick! This paint party is geared toward kids ages 7-12. Each participant will receive two 8x10 canvases, and Lynn will lead participants through the steps of painting a fun design. There will be various designs available to choose from. Acrylic paint can stain clothing. Please wear old clothing. No experience necessary. Kids age 7-12 are welcome. Registration is required and will open two weeks before the event.

Capstone Communities, Hope Real Estate Enterprises, and MPZ Development (Capstone/Hope/MPZ) are hosting their second AHO community meeting on May 29th at 6:00 p.m. to discuss plans for the proposed development at 2072 Massachusetts Avenue as 100% affordable housing.
