Roadway Paving Enhancements Beginning Week of July 20
Beginning the week of July 20, weather permitting, the City’s contractor, Newport Construction, will be performing roadway milling (grinding) and paving operations to enhance the road conditions on several sections of street around the City.

To protect against these two threats, the Cambridge Public Health Department (CPHD) strongly recommends that residents get an annual flu vaccine AND stay up-to-date on COVID vaccinations and boosters.
"Navigating Loss," An Informal Conversational Group Exploring Grief, Extends Sessions
In response to community feedback, the Council on Aging is extending the Navigating Loss Conversational Group. Community members are invited to join the Council on Aging to explore grief and how it impacts our lives. We will also share resources, coping strategies, and personal experiences. All are welcome.
Brewery Book Club (Lamplighter)
You’re invited to our September Brewery Book Club, where Lamplighter and the Cambridge Public Library team up to highlight contemporary works from marginalized voices while having a beer. We meet at Lamplighter Brewing Co., 284 Broadway, in the back taproom. This month we’ll read The Reformatory by Tananarive Due. Copies of the book are available at the Main Library Q&A Desk.
