Party like you just got your first library card! All Kindergartners, along with their families and friends, are welcome to attend. We will have activities, crafts and snacks.

Cambridge, the pioneering city that issued the first same-sex marriage licenses in the nation in May 2004, is preparing to commemorate 20 years of marriage equality. Over the course of four days, the Office of the Mayor and the City will be hosting three events.

We invite children and their grown-ups to join us for a magical walk through nature. We will look for signs of fairies and build fairy houses. We will meet at Gerard Bergin Park (Haskell & Pemberton Streets), a short walk from the O'Neill Branch. In case of bad weather, this program will happen indoors at the O'Neill Branch. This program is presented as a part of the CPL Nature Club.

Application form for 40 hour, 9 week seasonal laborer jobs open to current Cambridge residents. Applicants will be selected by lottery and must complete a fitness statement.

Our monthly "Graphics Are Great!" book group is for kids aged 8-12. Check out a copy of the book beforehand, or download it from the Libby app. Our November book is How to Talk to Your Succulent by Zoe Persico. This book group will meet virtually and in person at the O'Connell Branch. Please register below if you would like to attend virtually.
