Windsor Street Condominiums

424 Windsor Street

Just A Start (JAS) redeveloped the church and rectory buildings at 424-430 Windsor Street (also known as 424 Windsor Condominiums) into 14 affordable mixed-income condominium units. The former Immaculate Conception church was sold by the archdiocese in 2007. The church was later designated as a historic landmark, and the design for the adaptive reuse is sensitive to the rich history of the buildings. Many historic details were maintained as part of the redevelopment.

Construction was complete in 2012. No further updates will be made to this project page.

The property includes:

  • 14 affordable homeownership units, including 1 one-bedroom, six two-bedrooms, 6 three-bedrooms, and 1 four-bedroom
  • 14 vehicle parking spaces; 2 exterior and 12 structured
