CAMBRIDGE HISTORICAL COMMISSION

Notice is hereby given that a public meeting will be held on Thursday, June 4, 2026, at 6:00 PM to consider the following matters under M.G.L. Ch. 40C and Ch. 2.78 of the Code of the City of Cambridge:

This meeting will be held online. The public may participate via Zoom (https://zoom.us/) from a phone, tablet or computer. Join meeting at https://tinyurl.com/CHC4jun2026 or call (301)715-8592. Public Hearing: Neighborhood Conservation District (NCD) Designation Proceedings
Wyman Road. Consider a petition of 100+ registered voters requesting the Commission to initiate an NCD designation study for the properties on Wyman Road.

Public Hearing: Alterations to Designated Properties
Case 5388 (amendment): 17 Berkeley St., by Huien Huang and Hui Gao. Consider revised design proposal for porch and landscape plan.

Public Hearings: Demolition Review
Case D-1826: 178-180 Elm St. NC, by Charles Zammuto agent for Mario Bussolati. Demolish double house (1892).
Case D-1827: 146 Spring St., by Wei Zhang. Substantial demolition of house (1847).
