Join Majestic Community Wellness for a free, trauma-informed outdoor yoga and mindfulness class at Cambridge Common. All levels welcome — modifications and chair-based options available. No registration required; just bring a mat (or come as you are) and join us under the trees for movement, breathwork, and community connection.
Class schedule: Tuesday 7/21, 8/4, 8/18, 9/1, 6:00 - 7:00 p.m.
Rain dates: Wednesday 7/22, 8/5, 8/19, 9/2, 6:00 - 7:00 p.m.
This event is free and open to all. It is sponsored by the Cambridge Plays grant program. The purpose of Cambridge Plays is to encourage people to enjoy our vibrant commercial areas.
