Description

Date: Saturday, May 17, 2025

Time: Meet between 9:30 and 10:00 a.m. (Ride departs promptly at 10 a.m.)

Where: Joan Lorentz Park/Main Library near the intersection of Broadway and Trowbridge Street

Join the Cambridge Bicycle Committee and the Department of Transportation in saying hello to our animal neighbors on this year's annual Spring Community Bicycle Ride: The Cambridge Critters Cruise!

During the ride, we will take a tour of Cambridge's off-leash dog areas and make a few stops along the way. We will stop at Fresh Pond for a water and restroom break and to hear from a guest speaker about the City's biggest dog and wildlife hotspot!

The ride will be at an easy pace on mostly level terrain. We will end at the launch site of Joan Lorentz Park/Main Library. Mechanics will be on hand for simple bike checks; you can come early to get your air checked or for other small adjustments.
