Work with Us
The Cambridge Community Learning Center (CLC) empowers a diverse community of adult learners to transform their lives and realize their potential through education, skills development, and community participation. CLC is a program of the City of Cambridge Department of Human Service Programs, and most of its funding comes from the City of Cambridge and the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education.
The CLC offers a variety of career opportunities as teachers, advisors, administrative professionals and as community-based outreach workers. CLC staff are committed, talented, and hardworking, guided by the center’s core mission and values.
Our students are predominantly Cambridge residents who come from a variety of ethnic, linguistic and racial backgrounds, and who are currently enrolled in English (ESOL) classes, Adult Basic Education (HiSET/GED) classes, or job training programs
