The Cambridge Police held a community lunch last October at Starlight Square with various interfaith-based organizations in the city. For a first-time event, it was well-attended and sparked a number of great conversations between members of Cambridge’s interfaith-based organizations and the police, as well as between different members of the interfaith-based organizations.

This year, we are looking to build on that effort and host an event that would reach even more places of worship and people in the community.

On Saturday, October 8, 2022 from 11-2 p.m., the interfaith community and Cambridge Police will be hosting a Creating Connections Community Fair at Joan Lorentz Park outside of the Main Library on Broadway/Trowbridge Street in Cambridge with food, music, a bounce house, and other activities.

All are welcome to attend this free event.
