Expect traffic impacts in Cambridge Crossing during the REI Co-op 5K road race, the Kittie Knox Ride and the Kickoff of the Harvard Square Open Market on Sunday, June 5
The City of Cambridge plans to install bus-only lanes and separated bike lanes on Massachusetts Avenue between Douglass Street to Memorial Drive. We were delayed last Fall and have new information to share.
Please be advised of traffic impacts due to MayFair in Harvard Square on Sunday, May 15, from 11 a.m. - 6 p.m. Road closures will be in effect prior to and after event to allow for preparation and cleanup.
Beginning Saturday, April 23, 2022, and continuing through Sunday, December 18, 2022, weather permitting, the DCR will open Riverbend Park (close Memorial Drive).
On Tuesday, April 26 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., we will hold a third virtual community meeting to discuss updates to the plan for separated bike lanes on Mass Ave from Roseland St to Beech St in Porter Square in relation to the Cycling Safety Ordinance.
