Maintenance Issues

You can use Commonwealth Connect to report maintenance issues. Some of the issues that are most frequently reported to our department include issues related to traffic/pedestrian signals, traffic signs, and pavement markings.

Vehicles Parked in Reserved Areas

If you have a Street Occupancy Permit and a vehicle is parked in your permit area, call the Cambridge Police Department non-emergency line at 617-349-3300 to request that the vehicle be towed.
