River Festival Participant or Vendor Registration

Cambridge Arts

Food and arts and crafts vendors are invited to apply to participate in the annual Cambridge Arts River Festival, held the first Saturday in June.

Community and nonprofit organizations are invited to apply for a Community Table at a designated area for local arts and cultural organizations, community groups, and other Cambridge-based nonprofit organizations.

The Arts Bazaar is a curated marketplace for a wide range of items both domestically made and imported from around the world that are representative of the many ethnic and cultural backgrounds found in Cambridge. We accept vendors, who sell unique, high quality, one-of-a-kind, original and/or hand-made works.

The World of Food is one of the most popular attractions at the festival. It features international cuisines, healthy choices, and festival favorites. We prefer vendors who sell just a few items, arranged to be served quickly and efficiently.

There is no application to perform at the Cambridge River Festival. The stages at the Festival are organized by community partners. However, if you would like to be considered for a stage performance at the event, please send an Electronic Press Kit to Julie Barry, Director of Community Arts/ Festival Producer, jbarry@cambridgema.gov and she will forward your information to the appropriate stage partner.

Additional Information

Applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. You will receive a response within approximately two weeks of submission.
