The Cambridge Summer Food Program provides free meals and fun to Cambridge children and youth at locations throughout Cambridge
- Open to all Cambridge residents ages 18 and under
- No identification required to get a meal
- Vegetarian options available at every location
- Meals can be eaten on-site or taken off-site to eat later
Summer Food 2022 Scheduling and Location Updates
Effective Monday, August 15, dinner meals will no longer be served due to the DHSP Summer Basketball League Program ending. On Friday, August 19, free breakfast and lunch meals will be served from 9:30 a.m. – 12 p.m.
Monday through Friday, August 22 – September 2, free breakfast and lunch meals will be served from 10 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. at the following locations:

Louis A. DePasquale Playground
Danehy Park, 75 Field St.
Timothy J. Toomey, Jr. Park

Peabody Elementary School (front of school)

Weather Impacts: Summer food sites may be canceled due to rain or dangerous weather. Cancelations will be announced on the Department of Human Service Programs’ Twitter and Facebook accounts.
