CAMBRIDGE HISTORICAL COMMISSION
Notice is hereby given that a public meeting will be held on Thursday, February 4, 2021, at 6:00PM to consider the following matters under M.G.L. Ch. 40C and Ch. 2.78 of the Code of the City of Cambridge:
PLEASE NOTE: Due to statewide emergency actions limiting the size of public gatherings in response to COVID-19, this meeting will be held online with remote participation and will be closed to in-person attendance. The public may participate online via the Zoom webinar platform (https://zoom.us/) from a phone, tablet, or computer. Case 4472: 185 Charles St., by Vipul Chitalia. Construct rear addition.
Case 4473: 40 Willard St., by Cambridge Skating Club. Replace outdoor lighting fixtures.
Public Hearings: Demolition Review
Case D-1563 (continued): 25 Jackson St., by 25 Jackson Street LLC c/o DND Homes LLC. Demolish house (1874); review revised replacement proposal.
Case D-1568: 46-50 Jay St., by Janet Williams. Substantially demolish existing 3-family house (1887).

Cases may be taken out of order and approved at the beginning of the meeting. Persons who wish to have a hearing on a case should notify the Commission in advance or be present at the beginning of the meeting when the Consent Agenda will be discussed.
