Description

Event includes DJ and live music, free food, giveaways, basketball tournament, games, face painting, pony rides, health information, the Port/Area IV information, resources and services, fire truck, ProEMS, games & activities for kids and more!

This event is hosted by The Margaret Fuller Neighborhood House in collaboration with the Community Art Center, MIT, Cambridge Police Department, Cambridge Public Health Department, Cambridge Department of Human Services, Cambridge Peace Commission, Port Action Group, Area 4 Coalition, and Pentecostal Tabernacle.

Schedule of Events

Basketball Tournament (9 a.m. - 6 p.m.)

Peace Walk (11 a.m.) - a 30-35 minute walk that departs from Green-Rose Park,(155 Harvard St.) and travels through the neighborhood led by the BABAM band (a second-line band that plays in the Honk Festival, ending at Clement Morgan park to help kick off the event.
