LGBTQ+ Youth Celebration

     Plan the format of the event:

     Kalon & friend doing a performance

     Kalon & friend leading a runway event

     Jeopardy thing on queer or trans history Q+A

     ACTION ITEM: [Bill] Ask Sam Musher & CRLS faculty advisor if there are CRLS students with something to perform.

     ACTION ITEM [Bill]: Find out what our budget is for performers

     ACTION ITEM [Bill]: Find out what our budget is for food

LGBTQ+ Youth Celebration publicity:

     Get Kalon to do a poster

     Distribute poster

     Newsletter

     Rainbows Across Communities

     Outreach to Schools about the Youth Celebration and other Commission activities

     Get names and contact information for GSA leaders to ask about potential youth interest. Is Sam enough of a contact for all        Cambridge public Schools? Review Private & Charter schools.

Youth Representation on the LGBTQ+ Commission

     Identify Youth to join the commission.

     Flyer for youth pride can include adding youth who may be interested in joining the commission

     ACTION ITEM [Emmy]: Sign us up for Youth Pride (May 16, 2026)

     NOTE: Both Emmy & Bill will be out of the country on May 16th. We need to recruit others to table. ACTION ITEM [Emmy]: Recruit.
