Description

Notice is hereby given that a public meeting of the Architects Committee of the Mid Cambridge Neighborhood Conservation District Commission will be held on Thursday, May 26, 2022, at 8:00 am to consider the following matters under M.G.L. Ch. 40C and Ch. 2.78 of the Code of the City of Cambridge:

Case MC-6447: 123 Hancock Street, by MSW Hancock LLC. Remove rear and side additions and extend existing dormer. Construct 1 new detached dwelling unit.

Public hearing of the Mid Cambridge Neighborhood Conservation District Commission to review applications to alter designated properties and other matters under the provisions of M.G.L. Ch. 40C and Ch. 2.78 of the Code of the City of Cambridge. The Commission meets monthly, usually on the first Monday of the month. For more information about the Commission, visit the department's web site or call the office at 617/349-4683 (TTY: 617/349-6112).
