Pursuant to the Massachusetts Open Meeting Law, M.G.L. c. 30A, §§ 18-25, notice is hereby given of a meeting of the Cambridge Redevelopment Authority (CRA).
In accordance with the Order, the CRA is holding the meeting virtually with provisions for public access and participation via the internet and phone as provided below:

3. MXD Zoning Petition and KSURP Amendment (Levering)

  • Motion: To authorize the Chair and Executive Director to submit a petition to amendment Chapter 14 of the Cambridge Zoning Ordinance to the City Council for consideration in order to facilitate an alternative location for an electrical substation in Kendall Square.

  • Motion: To adopt the resolution approving the proposed eleventh amendment to the Kendall Square Urban Renewal Plan to conform with the proposed zoning petition and to rename the plan to the Kendall Square Urban Redevelopment Plan.

4. 93-99 Bishop Allen Renovation Project Budget (Schwarz)

  • Motion: To authorize the Executive Director to advance the designs for the renovation of 93-99 Bishop Allen Drive, conduct tenant relocation activities, and initiate the construction bidding process for the renovation project utilizing the anticipated overall project budget of eight million three hundred and fifty-five thousand dollars ($8,355,000).
