(1) Rule Proposal The Commission will accept a total of 30
minutes of public comments/testimony on the proposed changes to the Rules and
Regulations. Written comments may also
be submitted to the Commission at the time.
(2) Informational Fawaz
Abu Rubayah d/b/a Bab Al Amod – clarification on the total number of seats at
148-150 Western Avenue pursuant to BZA case #9901.
(3) Disciplinary Grafton, Inc. d/b/a Park Restaurant
& Bar, holder of a Common Victualler All Alcohol License at 59 JFK Street,
for allegations of violations of G. L. c. 138, §§12, 23, and 64- serving
alcohol/employees consuming alcohol beyond the closing hour on March 20, 2016.
(4) Disciplinary Clube
Desportivo Faialense, Inc., holder of an All Alcoholic Beverages Club License
at 1121 Cambridge Street for failure to timely apply for a Change of Manager
and Change of Officers/Directors.
(5) Application Clube
Desportivo Faialense, Inc., holder of an All Alcoholic Beverages Club License
at 1121 Cambridge Street has applied for a Change of Manager to Lawrence Coelho
and a Change of Officers/Directors.

Application Cinema Beverages Holding Company, LLC
d/b/a Kendall Square Food & Beverage Service, has applied for a new Common
Victualler Wine and Malt Beverages License to be exercised at One Kendall
Square #1900 in: Whole of Said theatre building, 22,500 SF consisting of 3,600
SF lobby, bar, and service area, 9 theatre auditoriums, liquor storage in 2
locked and secured stock rooms. Howard Sandler, proposed Manager. The hours are
10:00a.m. to 1:00a.m. Sunday through Thursday and 10:00a.m. to 2:00a.m. Friday
and Saturday.
(7) Application MIT
650 Main Street, LLC, holder of a Flammables License at 610 Main Street for
10,062 gallons of Class 2 has applied to amend their flammables storage to
21,282 gallons of Class 2.
(8) Informational T.T. the Bear’s Place, Inc., holder of a
Common Victualler All Alcohol License at 10-18 Brookline Street, informational
hearing regarding non-use of license, G. L. c. 138, §77.
(9) Application Fava Bean, LLC d/b/a Fava Bean, has
applied for a Common Victualler License at 100 Cambridgeside Place, Galleria
Mall Food Court, Ahmed Manmood as proposed manager of record. The hours will be
consistent with the mall operating hours. Premise is described as: 712SF retail
space inside the mall food court.
(10) Application Tria
Cambridge Concessions, LLC, d/b/a Best Western plus Hotel Tria, holder of a
Common Victualler All Alcohol License at 220 Alewife Brook Parkway has applied
for a Change of Manager to Jennifer Marie Kavanagh.
