    (1)  Rule Proposal    The Commission will accept a total of 30 minutes of public comments/testimony on the proposed changes to the Rules and Regulations.  Written comments may also be submitted to the Commission at the time. 

     

     

    (2)  Informational        Fawaz Abu Rubayah d/b/a Bab Al Amod – clarification on the total number of seats at 148-150 Western Avenue pursuant to BZA case #9901.

     

     

    (3)  Disciplinary           Grafton, Inc. d/b/a Park Restaurant & Bar, holder of a Common Victualler All Alcohol License at 59 JFK Street, for allegations of violations of G. L. c. 138, §§12, 23, and 64- serving alcohol/employees consuming alcohol beyond the closing hour on March 20, 2016.

 

 

(4)  Disciplinary           Clube Desportivo Faialense, Inc., holder of an All Alcoholic Beverages Club License at 1121 Cambridge Street for failure to timely apply for a Change of Manager and Change of Officers/Directors.

(8)  Informational        T.T. the Bear’s Place, Inc., holder of a Common Victualler All Alcohol License at 10-18 Brookline Street, informational hearing regarding non-use of license, G. L. c. 138, §77.

 

 

(9)  Application            Fava Bean, LLC d/b/a Fava Bean, has applied for a Common Victualler License at 100 Cambridgeside Place, Galleria Mall Food Court, Ahmed Manmood as proposed manager of record. The hours will be consistent with the mall operating hours. Premise is described as: 712SF retail space inside the mall food court.
