A crankie theater uses illustrated scrolls that are hand-cranked to advance the story along. We will adapt the fable “The Tortoise and the Hare” for a tiny stage and perform our masterpiece for family and friends. This two-week puppetry workshop is for kids ages 7-10. No experience necessary!
Registration is required, and this series is currently full. Participants must attend both sessions and have read a version of the fable before the first session. Stop by the Children’s Room to pick up a copy or call 617-349-4038.
