1. Housekeeping, 8:00am (10 min)
•Vote on December Minutes
2. City Updates (10 min)
•2022 saw 7% decrease in trash from 2021; the highest single-year reduction in trash. However, 2022 had same trash as 2019: 15.6 lbs/household/week.
3. Sub-committee breakout (40 min)
•Spend time discussing how to close-out sub-committees for now; prepare suggestions for next RAC term
•Consider how 2023 can be a productive year
4. End of Term debrief (20 min)
•RAC will have new members by February 8th meeting. A few current RAC members will be departing; let’s thank them!

Committee members are appointed by the City Manager. All meetings are open to the public. Members of the public may speak during the public comment section for up to two minutes. If you wish to speak, please contact Mike Orr at 617 349-4815 or
morr@cambridgema.gov by 1pm the day before the meeting. You may also email or mail written comments for inclusion in public comments in lieu of speaking during the meeting. The Committee Chair must grant permission to non-members who request to speak at the meeting.
