    Vote to consider the regular minutes of the meeting held on January 3, 2023. Vote to consider the executive session minutes of the meeting held on January 3, 2023.

    Vote to consider payment of warrant #2 in the amount of $8,635,874.70 and consider warrant #3 in the amount of $446,607.72. Vote to consider adjustments to Warrant #11 and Warrant #23, to correct for rebates on management fees.
