Come show off your spooky, silly, sparkly, or magical costume in the O'Connell Reading Garden! We'll sing songs, read some not-too-scary stories, and draw with sidewalk chalk. For kids of all ages and their grown-ups.

In case of inclement weather, this event will move indoors.
