Vinyasa is a term used to describe continuous or dynamic movements between yoga poses. This flow of movement is excellent for getting your heart rate going and working up a sweat. Vinyasa can also help increase flexibility, strength, stability, calmness, and focus. Bring a mat or towel, water bottle, and sunscreen. Free and open to all.

Rain date: August 30, 2025.

This event is sponsored in part by the Cambridge Plays grant program. The purpose of Cambridge Plays is to encourage people to enjoy our vibrant commercial areas. The Community Development Department partners with local businesses and nonprofits to provide free outdoor activities across the city. For more information, visit: www.cambridgema.gov/plays.
