Explore qigong warm-ups and the elements of tai chi with instructor Ellen DeGenova. No complicated choreography. No experience necessary. A seated option will be available.

This event is free and open to all. Rain date: Sunday, August 3 2025. 

 

This event is sponsored by the Cambridge Plays grant program. The purpose of Cambridge Plays is to encourage people to enjoy our vibrant commercial areas.
