How can gratitude impact us? How can we bring it into our day?
Join us for an introduction to gratitude and mindfulness meditation, creating a time to pause, connect, restore and reflect on the many dimensions of gratitude, whether big or small.   The workshop will include guided practices with optional time for journaling and discussion. Welcoming new and experienced meditators!
