We all want to stay healthy as we age but what about giving some attention to vitality and keeping a hold on your purpose in life as we age? Learn how psychological and physical health require separate attention and how to give it to yourself.

Dr. Das is a scientist at Jean Mayer USDA Human Nutrition  Research Center on Aging at Tufts and works in the Energy Metabolism Laboratory. This event is co-sponsored by Cambridge Neighbors, an aging-in-place membership-based organization, and The Cambridge Public Library.
