During its discussion and deliberation on General Business items, the Board of Assessors does not solicit public comment.

Executive Session

  • The Board of Assessors will meet in Executive Session pursuant to G.L. c.30, §21, Exemption 7 to comply with, or act under the authority, of G.L. c.59, §60, to review 30 applications for Residential Exemption & 5 Personal Exemption.

     

  • Litigation/ATB

To discuss strategy with to respect to litigation at the Appellate Tax Board concerning 330 River St & 24 Cameron Ave unit 2 as discussing this matter in an open session may have a detrimental effect on the litigating position of the Board of Assessors.
