December selection:  Perestroika in Paris by Jane Smiley

Reading Interests: We read mostly contemporary Fiction and Non-Fiction, with forays into older works and classics.  Past selections include: Circe by Madeline Miller, Where the Crawdads Sing by Delia Owens, The Autobiography of Malcom X, as told to Alex Haley, Parable of the Sower by Octavia Butler, The Book Woman of Troublesome Creek by Kim Michele Richardson, Taste My Life in Food by STanley Tucci and Dancing in the Mosque by Homeira Qaderi.

How to get the print book: Copies of the book, and Large Type book, are set aside at the O'Connell Branch.  Visit during open hours and a staff member can help you check out a copy. O'Connell Branch Hours 

How to get the e-book or digital audiobook: This month’s book is available as a digital audio and e-book through OverDrive and as an audiobook through Hoopla

This book group meets in person at the O'Connell Branch and online. Registration is required for the online participation.  A zoom link will be sent to all online participants the day before the event.  No registration needed for onsite. Drop-ins welcome.
