Notice is hereby given that a public meeting will be held on Monday, January 3, 2022, at 6:00PM to consider the following matters under M.G.L. Ch. 40C and Ch. 2.78 of the Code of the City of Cambridge:

PLEASE NOTE: This meeting will be held online with remote participation and will be closed to in-person attendance. Case MC-6346: 115 Inman Street, by Douglas Arsham and Jennifer Effron. Construct rear roof deck.

Case MC- 6347: 14-16 Clinton Street, by Susan Farist Butler. Install solar panels.

Case MC- 6348: 17 Clinton Street, by Susan Farist Butler. Install solar panels.

Case MC-6350: 7-9 Cleveland Street, by Lise M. Zeig, David Owens, Nancy Seidman. Replace ten windows.

Case MC-6274 (continued): 123 Hancock Street, by Sam Wolff. Remove rear addition and extend existing dormer. Construct 2 new dwelling units.

Public hearing of the Mid Cambridge Neighborhood Conservation District Commission to review applications to alter designated properties and other matters under the provisions of M.G.L. Ch. 40C and Ch. 2.78 of the Code of the City of Cambridge. The Commission meets monthly, usually on the first Monday of the month.
