1) Oggi Café 1350 Massachusetts Avenue, holder of a Common Victualler license, has submitted a letter to inform the Board that they will be moving to a temporary location from February 13, 2016 until September, 2018 at 30 Dunster Street, due to construction of the existing area.

2) The Blue Room, 1 Kendall Square Building 200, holder of an All Alcohol Common Victualler license has submitted a letter advising the Board that they expect to reopen after repairs are completed in late April, 2016.

3) Oleana Restaurant, 134 Hampshire Street, holder of an All Alcohol Common Victualler license has submitted a letter stating that they will be closed for renovations from February 29, 2016 until March 14, 2016.

4) Walpole Homemade Chocolates, LLC d/b/a L.A. Burdicks Chocolate, 52D Brattle Street, has changed their manager to Yoon Chang, and has changed their corporate name from J&M Chocolate Confections, Inc. to Walpole Homemade Chocolates, LLC.

4. Application O912, LLC d/b/a Forage, has applied for a new Common Victualler All Alcoholic Beverages License to be exercised at 5 Craigie Circle, Stanislas Hilbert, as proposed Manager, and hours of operation for Monday-Friday of 5:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m., and Saturday and Sunday 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m., and a seating capacity of 49.
