Description

Notice is hereby given that the Architects Committee of the Half Crown-Marsh Neighborhood Conservation District Commission will hold a public meeting on Friday, February 20, 2026, at 12:00 PM to review a window sample and existing window conditions for the following matter that was subject to public hearing on December 8, 2025 under M.G.L. Ch. 40C and Ch. 2.78 of the Code of the City of Cambridge: PLEASE NOTE: This meeting will be held on site at 38 Gibson Street.


Case HCM-712: 38 Gibson Street, by Summergold LLC: To replace 136 wood windows with vinyl replacement windows.

 

  

The meeting is open to the public and time will be afforded for questions or comments by members of the public.
