1. Minutes
   Vote to consider the minutes of the investment review meeting held on December 1, 2022. Vote to consider the regular minutes of the meeting held on December 5, 2022. Vote to consider the executive session minutes of the meeting held on December 5, 2022.
2. Warrants
   Vote to consider payment of warrant #24 (2022) in the amount of $8,954,718.63 and warrant #1 (2023) in the amount of $135,657.23.
3. Superannuations
   Vote to consider the Superannuation retirement applications submitted by: Thomas Ahern, Lieutenant, Police Dept. with 29 years, 8 months; Janet Borron, Staff Librarian with ten years, one month; Stephen Boyle, Lieutenant, Fire Dept. with thirty-five years, six months; Janeth Izquierdo, Financial Assistant, Cambridge Health Alliance with twenty-seven years, one month; Hercot Miller, Patrol Officer, Police Dept. with thirty-five years, eight months; Ranjit Singanayagam, Commissioner, Inspectional Services Dept. with thirty-nine years, five months; Robert Steck, Supervising Landscape Architect, Community Development Dept. with thirty-seven years, five months; Jeffrey Turner, Firefighter with thirty-seven years, three months; Maureen Van Stry, Paraprofessional, School Dept. with thirty-one years, three months.

6. Survivor Benefit - Steven Lopez
   Vote to consider the application for survivor benefits pursuant to Section 12 (2) (d) filed by Marcia Lopez, surviving spouse of Steven Lopez, Apparatus Repairman in the Fire Dept. Mr. Lopez died on November 30, 2022.
7. Accidental Death Benefit - Dominic Musto
   Vote to consider the application for Accidental Death benefits from Dina Musto, surviving spouse of Dominic Musto, a retired Firefighter. Mr. Musto died on December 4, 2022. Mrs. Musto is not represented by an Attorney.
8. Administrative Budget
   Vote to consider the administrative budget for calendar year 2023.
