Join us for Community Meeting 3!

We invite you to join us via Zoom for the final public meeting of the Central Square Rezoning project. At this meeting, the project team will share preliminary recommendations for updates to the current zoning for Central Square, focusing on:

  • The District Boundary (where the rules apply),
  • Dimensional Standards (things like height limits and setbacks), and
  • Incentivized Uses (encouraging uses like housing and cultural spaces).

The meeting will begin with a presentation by project staff, followed by breakout room discussions. For more information about this meeting and the subsequent project process, please visit the project website. While this is the final Community Meeting, the engagement portion of the project will continue into October and culminate in an in-person event in Central Square (details forthcoming). We hope to see you there!
