  • Now that we are “staffed up,” many of the responsibilities of the Co-Chairs & other volunteer Commissioners are now the responsibility of the staff. This includes approving any budget items.
    • Note: This will involve possible updates to the Commission By-Laws, Commission Handbook (both of which were going to be discussed & approved tonight – now on hold.) It will also involve an update to the unofficial Role of Commission Chair/Co-Chairs, Detailed Description document.
  • Question: Is there any further news on when we can go back to in-person meetings?

10. Report from Rainbows Across Communities

  • The annual Let Trans Athletes Play event will likely be on May 13th at Danehy Park. They are still negotiating with the City.
  • Multi-Town Community Pot-Luck Picnic - Tentatively scheduled for Saturday, July 29 (Rain date: Sunday, July 30), at one of the parks in Arlington.
    • Each town/city is also encouraged to schedule an additional pot-luck picnic for their community on another date. Do we want to?
