Description

All levels are welcome! This class with Malaika of Ms. Bonafide Creations & Yoga is great for beginners, and experienced yogis alike. This is a guided flow with a focus on stretching and breathing through each yoga pose. Bring your yoga mat or a towel. Wear comfortable clothing for movement. This event is free and open to all. It is sponsored by the Cambridge Plays grant program. The purpose of Cambridge Plays is to encourage people to enjoy our vibrant commercial areas.
