Description

The Cambridge Department of Transportation (CDOT) will host a drop-in information session at the Cambridge Senior Center on Wednesday, November 18, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. to help residents understand upcoming changes to the 2027 Resident Parking Permit program.

Beginning in 2027, the annual Resident Parking Permit fee will increase from $25 to $75, and the automatic fee waiver for residents ages 65 and older will end. Residents of all ages who consider the $75 fee a financial hardship can request a fee waiver by checking a box on their regular permit application. No separate application is required.
