All levels are welcome! This class with Malaika of Ms. Bonafide Creations & Yoga is great for beginners, and experienced yogis alike. This is a guided flow with a focus on stretching and breathing through each yoga pose. Bring your yoga mat or a towel. Wear comfortable clothing for movement.
