Public Hearing: Alterations to Designated Properties
Case 5468: 14 Elmwood Ave., by 14 Elmwood Realty Trust. Install new red cedar roofing shingles and copper gutter, downspouts.
Case 5469: 17 South St., by President & Fellows of Harvard College. Renovate building exterior including add 2 new windows, replace existing windows, install new stair railings.
Case 5470: 26 Brattle St., by Haventree, LLC. Construct 2 new stairs and elevator with headhouses.
