Just for you and the baby! Enjoy time together with other parents, caregivers, and babies to learn, play, and develop language and motor skills.
Come prepared to sit on the floor one-on-one with your pre-walking baby in your lap. This program can accommodate 30 people. It's a weekly block party! Join friends to design and build amazing LEGO structures. Let your imagination run wild!
The Children's Room has plenty of LEGO pieces, so you don't need to bring your own. LEGO pieces are choking hazards for young children. Ages 5 and up. Join a Learning Circle, a study group for learners who want to complete online courses together, in-person. Courses are peer-supported and will be facilitated by a librarian. In this Learning Circle, we will learn the basics of 3D modeling in Tinkercad, a free online 3D design program. We will explore the tools and features of Tinkercad one by one, and then use them to create complex geometry. Participants will have a chance to print one 3D model by the end of the course. Knowledge of how to use a mouse, keyboard, and the internet required. Laptops will be provided. To register, email sbtkacz@cambridgema.gov.
