But simmering tensions with the Tigray People’s Liberation Front escalated into war last year with long term implications for domestic and regional stability in the horn of Africa. Join Alex De Waal, human rights activist, professor, and Executive Director of the World Peace Foundation at Tufts University, for a discussion of the crisis in Ethiopia.
