Just for you and the baby! Enjoy time together with other parents, caregivers, and babies to learn, play, and develop language and motor skills. Come prepared to sit one-on-one with your baby in your lap.

Virtual Baby Lapsit is free and open to the public and is not recorded. If you register but later find you cannot attend, please remember to cancel your registration to make space for others.

Put on your dancing shoes and head over for a morning of singing and dancing! We'll sing and move together, and share a story or two. For children of all ages and their grown-ups. This program will be held outside of the O'Neill Branch Library. In the event of inclement weather, this program will be canceled.
Following the City of Cambridge's guidance on public gatherings, all Outdoor Songs and Stories attendees over the age of two must wear a mask and physically distance.

Reading Together Book Club: We choose the theme, you choose the book.
Meet your neighbors, share your love of reading, and get new book recommendations!

Reading Interests: We are following the CPL Reading Together: A Yearlong Library Challenge. Each month we choose a different theme.
January theme: Try Something New
Pick any book that you think fits the topic: a new craft, language, subject, skill, or any other new thing you are interested in trying. We will get together virtually to share what we read and our experience trying something new.

Interested in becoming a Cambridge Police Officer and want to learn more about the process? In advance of the next police exam, which is scheduled to take place in March 2022, the Cambridge Police Department and Massachusetts Association of Women in Law Enforcement (MAWLE) will be holding a virtual session on Monday, January 24 at 7 p.m. that is focused on supporting women in Cambridge who are interested in pursuing a career in policing.
