  3D Printing 101: Game Piece Design

  Learn how to create your favorite game piece in digital space and print it out using our Sindoh 3D printers. Before taking this workshop: Complete Hive Safety Training Create a free Tinkercad account at www.tinkercad.com You will get hands-on experience running the 3D printer, gain fundamental 3D modeling skills using Tinkercad, and earn your 3D Printing badge for future reservations in The Hive. Create a Tinkercad account at www.tinkercad.com prior to arriving. Parents may need to assist users under the age of 18 to create an account prior to arriving. You must complete Hive Safety Training before registering for this workshop.

  Creative Aging: Storytelling: Planting Seeds, Growing Community (Main)

  A series of classes with instruction on Storytelling.A Garden of Stories is community based storytelling where older aduls learn how to tell personal stories and from their imaginations through sharing and connecting with their community. The 8-week course will occur every Tuesday 2pm-4pm, starting May 9 through June 27 This will be an in-person program at the Main Library. Space is limited to 15 participants. Due to the popularity and to gain the most out of this program, we expect all participants to commit to all sessions in this 8-week course. Sponsored by the Cambridge Public Library Foundation

Ailene will review specific needs related to healthcare, community, and programs and resources available to support solo agers. Facilitated by Richard Davis a long time Death Cafe organizer and hospice volunteer.
